Part-Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and manage workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures in compliance with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication
• Implement employee personal development plans and provide regular coaching, evaluations, and safety training

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs)
• Flexible shift availability, including ability to work up to 5 days per week during evening and night shifts
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Previous management experience
