Part Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead retail strategies to drive financial growth and brand equity
• Meet or exceed established store sales and performance goals daily
• Model sales performance and coach retail associates on product knowledge
• Support store management in operational functions, including opening and closing the store
• Manage inventory and reconcile daily cash receipts and bank deposits

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
