Part Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors.
• Supervise and provide consistent coaching to associates on sales training and service practices.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Participate in the training process for new hires regarding culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, and replenishment.
• Partner with store management to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other management members.

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform essential functions such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
