Part Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

• Ability to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively
• Proven ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and remain active (moving, kneeling, climbing ladders)
• Must have reliable transportation
