Part Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals and KPIs.
• Model exceptional customer service behaviors and train staff on "Connect, Consult and Close" standards.
• Supervise the store team and assume responsibility for operations in the absence of a manager.
• Execute flawless visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure premium product presentation.
• Assist in training new hires on company culture, product knowledge, and selling practices.
• Manage operational tasks including inventory management, receiving, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach others and provide clear direction.
