Part Time Supervisor, Levi’s® Outlet

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors.
• Supervise and provide consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure high levels of service.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Participate in the training of new hires and current employees regarding culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention.
• Partner with store management to set expectations, coach associates, and deliver performance feedback.
• Handle cash operations and merchandise tasks including shipment processing, floor sets, and replenishment.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other management members.

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
