Part-Time Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive process adoption and manage store opening and closing procedures as the manager on duty
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, and replenishment
• Supervise and coach the team on selling culture and customer connection to meet sales KPIs
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome and partner with management on elevated issues
• Assess and strategize ways to drive performance goals such as conversion and units per transaction
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and foster an inclusive work environment
• Act as a brand ambassador to build community connections and drive brand awareness

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
