Part-Time Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven customer experience by providing deep product knowledge regarding fabric, fit, and function
• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase store traffic, and improve key performance indicators
• Build brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, and clienteling
• Maintain store merchandising standards and execute all standard operating procedures
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel or activewear
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and wellness
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stock room
• Reliable transportation
