Part-Time Student - Supply Management

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of correspondence and reports to support department processes
• Collect cost data and prepare limited supplier cost and industry analyses
• Update and maintain databases, system applications, and files to ensure accurate information availability

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Management, MIS, or a related field
• Registered as a full-time student at a US accredited college or university
• Available to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week during the summer semester
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Ability to commute to the work location in Moline, IL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to drive Continuous Improvement
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
