Responsibilities
- Support sales targets and deliver a high-quality in-store customer experience
- Build relationships with customers in store and online
- Capture customer details accurately and promote the MUSE loyalty program
- Support click & collect orders, store events, and daily procedures
- Share customer feedback, product insights, and store improvement ideas
