Part-Time Student - Accounting & Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Accounting team with recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks
• Follow and maintain process documentation and instructions
• Extract, compile, and validate data
• Assist with capital and fixed asset accounting tasks
• Support special projects and departmental requests

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Registered as a full-time student at an accredited local university or college
• Expected graduation date of Spring 2028 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Ability to commute to the East Moline, IL location on a daily basis
• Availability for 16-20 hours per week during the academic year and 35-40 hours per week during summer

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
