Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
- Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals
- Create unforgettable shopping experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty
- Act as a brand ambassador to foster lasting connections with fans
- Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels
- Must be at least 18 years of age with eligibility to work
