About the role
Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling
- Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations
- Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
- Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial targets
- Foster brand loyalty by authentically engaging with fans beyond simple transactions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Proven business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
