Part Time Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations
• Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
• Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial targets
• Foster brand loyalty by authentically engaging with fans beyond simple transactions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
• Proven business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
