Part Time Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to create unforgettable shopping moments
• Drive performance by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
• Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations
• Foster brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge and authentic engagement

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
