Part-Time Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting special offers.
• Conduct professional piercings, provide aftercare education, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance with organized displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team and fostering a high-energy, positive work environment.
• Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to assist customers with styling and product selection.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience with leadership or sales-driving responsibilities.
• Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy with customers.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient transactions.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver between 25-75lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and cash handling.
