Part Time Lecturer - School of Nursing, Clinical

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical learning experiences and supervise nursing students in various specialized subject areas
• Educate, evaluate, and mentor students to ensure development of necessary knowledge and competencies
• Provide professional role modeling and ensure students develop skills to become safe, competent nurses
• Support clinical instruction in areas such as Adult Medical/Surgical, Public Community Health, Maternal Child/Women's Health, Pediatrics, Psychiatric/Mental Health, and Senior Practicum

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional nursing experience
• Current Massachusetts RN license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience
• Significant career accomplishments within a specific nursing subject area
• Experience teaching in a large, global, higher education institution
