Part Time Lecturer - Communication Studies

Responsibilities

• Teach part-time courses in the Communication Studies Department
• Instruct students in subjects such as Public Speaking, Business and Professional Speaking, Visual Communication, Communication Ethics, and Media History
• Support students of diverse academic strengths through effective instruction
• Deliver course content related to Communication Studies and Media and Screen Studies

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Communication or a related field
• MFA considered for production-focused offerings
• Valid US work authorization (sponsorship is not provided)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse student body

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of college-level teaching experience in Communication Studies
