Part Time Lecturer - Art + Design

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory and intermediate courses in art, media, or design fundamentals
• Instruct students in specialized areas such as drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design, animation, video arts, photography, or art history
• Engage students effectively at various levels of study, including beginning, intermediate, and advanced undergraduate or graduate courses
• Contribute to the academic environment of the College of Arts, Media and Design

Requirements

• MFA or equivalent terminal degree
• At least two years of successful college-level teaching experience
• Active creative practice with a current exhibition, publication, or professional history in art, media arts, or design
• Valid US work authorization (Northeastern will not provide visa sponsorship for this position)
