Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to build brand loyalty
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Engage and foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions

Requirements

• Results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect with people at all levels
• At least 18 years of age with proof of identity and work eligibility
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work between 4 hours per month during slow periods and 12 hours per week during peak seasons
