Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to create unforgettable shopping moments
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and build brand loyalty
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Engage authentically with fans to foster lasting connections beyond simple transactions

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Proven ability to be a results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable and able to step in during high-traffic times or special events
