Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by building genuine connections with fans
• Exceed individual and store sales goals through active engagement and product knowledge
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to foster long-term brand loyalty
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure an on-brand environment
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store functionality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with eligibility to work
• Proven track record as a results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs (including nights and weekends)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Reliability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed
