Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers
• Create unforgettable shopping moments and foster brand loyalty through authentic engagement
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand experience
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Proven experience as a results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs (including nights and weekends)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
