Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by building genuine connections with fans
• Exceed individual and store sales goals through active engagement and product knowledge
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to inspire customers and build brand loyalty
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support the team and store success

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work
• Proven ability to be a results-oriented seller
• Flexible availability to work a schedule that varies with business needs (nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
