Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience by building genuine connections with fans and exceeding sales goals
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers
• Create unforgettable shopping moments and foster brand loyalty through authentic engagement
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work
• Proven ability to be a results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs (including nights and weekends)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Reliability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed
