Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by building genuine connections with fans
• Exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive engagement
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and build brand loyalty
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure an on-brand environment
• Support store operations during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Perform all other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store functioning

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with eligibility to work
• Proven ability to be a results-oriented seller
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
