Responsibilities
- Supervise teacher candidates during a 78-hour field experience in Grades 1–3 classrooms
- Support candidates in developing inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices
- Provide feedback and guidance to foster professional growth and reflective practice
- Help students develop knowledge and skills to maximize learning for students with disabilities
- Assist candidates in focusing their practice on teaching mathematics and analyzing student learning
