- Supervise teacher candidates during a 78-hour field experience in Grades 1–3 classrooms
- Support candidates in developing inclusive, anti-racist, and culturally responsive teaching practices
- Provide feedback and guidance to foster professional growth and reflective practice
- Help candidates analyze student learning and develop their teacher identity and educational philosophy
