About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach DRM 394 Theater Management III twice per week for 80 minutes during the Fall 2026 semester
- Create or adapt a current syllabus focusing on the history of management in American theater
- Prepare lectures, projects, and other student assignments
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours and build positive rapport with students and faculty
- Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner
- Submit mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to University regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (terminal degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience teaching at the college level
- 5+ years of successful professional experience in theater management
- Expertise in a diverse range of voices in contemporary and historical theater
