Part-Time Faculty: DRM 394: Theater Management III (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Teach DRM 394 Theater Management III twice per week for 80 minutes during the Fall 2026 semester
• Create or adapt a current syllabus focusing on the history of management in American theater
• Prepare lectures, projects, and other student assignments
• Maintain regularly scheduled office hours and build positive rapport with students and faculty
• Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner
• Submit mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to University regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (terminal degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience teaching at the college level
• 5+ years of successful professional experience in theater management
• Expertise in a diverse range of voices in contemporary and historical theater
