Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience by building genuine connections with customers
• Exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing extensive product knowledge and inspiring customers
• Foster brand loyalty through authentic engagement and styling advice
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth store operation
• Support team members and assist with various store functions as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Proven dependability and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
