Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Deliver a world-class shopping experience through excellent product knowledge
• Act as a brand ambassador to foster long-term brand loyalty
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth store operation
• Support team functions and mentor new team members to uphold company values
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support the store environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 18 years of age with eligibility to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Flexible schedule including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (20+ hours per week preferred)
