Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to uphold store culture
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge
• Foster lasting connections and brand loyalty with customers
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards
• Deliver on KPIs and support new team members through mentoring

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to connect with people at all levels
• Must be 18 years or older with proof of eligibility to work
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred
