Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience by building genuine connections with customers
• Exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing extensive product knowledge and inspiring customers
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth store operation
• Engage and foster lasting connections with fans to build brand loyalty
• Support and mentor new team members to uphold store culture

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (20+ hours per week preferred)
