Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Build genuine connections with customers to foster brand loyalty and create unforgettable shopping moments
• Share extensive product knowledge to inspire customers and help them style their jewellery
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store environment
• Contribute to a positive team culture by being cross-trained across various store functions
• Support new team members and demonstrate leadership potential through mentoring

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Dependability and ability to maintain a consistent schedule (20+ hours per week preferred)
