Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by building genuine connections with fans
• Exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Share extensive product knowledge to inspire customers and build brand loyalty
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure an on-brand environment
• Support team functions through cross-training and mentoring new team members
• Perform all other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
