Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers
• Create unforgettable shopping moments and foster brand loyalty through authentic engagement
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand experience
• Deliver on KPIs and remain cross-trained across various store functions
• Support and mentor new team members to uphold company values

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Dependability and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
