Part Time Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain store appearance following visual presentation and housekeeping standards
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for rapid and accurate sales floor replenishment
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and basic device troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Must be structured, organized, methodical, and adaptable
