Parkwide Associate Network Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of parkwide systems from concept and design through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Support project planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system requirements are clearly defined and executed.
• Participate in site walks, construction coordination meetings, and system integration reviews.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for security, operational technology, guest-facing systems, and back-of-house platforms.
• Review and contribute to system architecture, basis-of-design documentation, equipment specifications, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all systems meet performance, reliability, cybersecurity, redundancy, and scalability standards.
• Support integration with network infrastructure, AV systems, enterprise IT platforms, and operational control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, IT, Systems Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working in multi-stakeholder environments such as attractions, theme parks, transport hubs, hospitality, or large public venues.
• Working knowledge of networked systems including LAN/WAN, VLANs, multicast, and QoS.
• Understanding of security and operational technology platforms.
• Knowledge of guest-facing and back-of-house systems.
• Proficiency in hardware, software, and system integration principles.
