Parking Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise over 4,000 parking spaces at the Dayton campus to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and free of hazards.
• Manage the scheduling and supervision of Parking Services staff.
• Lead all snow removal operations during inclement weather and perform minor lawn care adjacent to parking facilities.
• Coordinate parking logistics for large campus events.
• Oversee garage facility maintenance and coordinate with parking construction projects and contractors.
• Collaborate with Sinclair Police, Security, and Business Services to maintain campus safety.
• Assist customers and parkers with various parking-related issues and inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history insurable through the college.
• Proven ability to safely operate machinery, such as snow plows or mowers.
• Completion of necessary Skid Steer and Forklift training.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Specific experience operating skid steers and forklifts.
