About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of parking attendants and supervisors before, during, and after events
  • Oversee safe and efficient vehicle ingress and egress to minimize traffic congestion
  • Collaborate with local municipalities regarding traffic patterns and strategies
  • Maintain clean and orderly parking areas to maximize space usage
  • Direct motorists using hand signals or flashlights and patrol areas to prevent theft or damage
  • Schedule staff for both event and non-event days
  • Manage and maintain all equipment related to the parking department
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure effective live event management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be professional, clear, and concise
  • Availability to work a wide range of shifts from May to October, including all scheduled events
  • Ability to perform constant walking and occasional sitting
  • One year of guest service experience preferred
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
