About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of parking attendants and supervisors before, during, and after events
- Oversee safe and efficient vehicle ingress and egress to minimize traffic congestion
- Collaborate with local municipalities regarding traffic patterns and strategies
- Maintain clean and orderly parking areas to maximize space usage
- Direct motorists using hand signals or flashlights and patrol areas to prevent theft or damage
- Schedule staff for both event and non-event days
- Manage and maintain all equipment related to the parking department
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure effective live event management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be professional, clear, and concise
- Availability to work a wide range of shifts from May to October, including all scheduled events
- Ability to perform constant walking and occasional sitting
- One year of guest service experience preferred
- Prior people management experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
