Parking Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking lot operations, ensuring strict adherence to opening and closing schedules.
• Coordinate and manage the operational team to ensure a positive user experience.
• Manage daily incident reports, equipment functionality, and space occupancy rates.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all parking equipment.
• Enforce parking regulations and report any non-compliance or issues.
• Design and implement communication strategies regarding service updates and mobility operations.
• Propose operational and technological improvements to increase efficiency and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics Engineering, or a related field with a focus on mobility.
• Experience in managing public or private parking facilities.
• Proven experience supervising field personnel.
• Knowledge of basic road safety standards and accident prevention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
