About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct motorists to parking areas or specific spaces using hand signals or flashlights
  • Greet guests, open car doors, and provide instructions for locating vehicles
  • Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests
  • Issue ticket stubs or place numbered tags on windshields
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and property theft
  • Maintain clean and orderly parking areas to maximize space usage
  • Assist with venue closing duties, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
  • Participate in venue sustainability programs by sorting waste and recycling

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be professional, clear, and concise
  • Ability to walk constantly and perform physical tasks such as lifting barricades
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of previous guest service experience
