About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle parking by directing motorists to spaces using hand signals or flashlights
  • Issue tickets, place numbered tags on windshields, and provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles
  • Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and property theft
  • Greet guests and assist with opening car doors
  • Maintain clean and orderly parking areas to maximize space usage
  • Assist with venue closing tasks, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
  • Participate in venue sustainability programs such as waste sorting and recycling

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to express oneself professionally and clearly
  • Ability to walk constantly and perform physical tasks such as lifting and positioning barricades
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of previous guest service experience
