About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and assist customers with the automated parking system
- Control traffic at entrances and exits
- Perform basic troubleshooting on the automated parking system
- Maintain garage cleanliness including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash
- Perform daily audits of the parking garage
- Report claims, injuries, or incidents to the Parking Manager
- Monitor the physical condition and volume of business at the location
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to read and interpret English language safety and operating manuals
- Basic PC skills including Microsoft products
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM - 7PM
