About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and assist customers with the automated parking system
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on the automated parking system
  • Maintain garage cleanliness including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash
  • Perform daily audits of the parking garage
  • Report claims, injuries, or incidents to the Parking Manager
  • Monitor the physical condition and volume of business at the location

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Ability to read and interpret English language safety and operating manuals
  • Basic PC skills including Microsoft products
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM - 7PM
