About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of parking staff to ensure all areas are safe, clean, and orderly
- Direct parking staff and oversee work assignments and productivity
- Provide high-quality guest services by greeting attendees and resolving inquiries or complaints
- Lead and train staff on event-specific details and safety regulations
- Assist the Parking Manager with staffing, managing breaks, and maximizing space usage
- Enforce safety, health, and security priorities across the venue
- Participate in venue sustainability programs, including waste sorting and recycling efforts
- Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Guest Services or a similar role
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate acute judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.+ and perform constant walking and climbing of stairs
- Strong sense of teamwork and problem-solving skills
