Parking Agent

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect vehicles and additional devices (GPS, WI-FI) before delivery to customers
• Inspect vehicle condition and additional devices upon return from customers
• Complete bookings by closing customer contracts in the system and recording damage compensation if necessary
• Inspect and maintain the parking area
• Provide excellent quality customer service

Requirements

• University degree (AEI-TEI)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• At least six months of previous experience
• High orientation toward customer service
