Responsibilities

• Employ, engage, lead and manage park employees
• Deliver a top-class guest experience as your priority
• Oversee all areas of park operations
• Manage budgets, financials and planning with strong commercial acumen
• Lead by example, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory standards
• Maintain a hands-on approach to park management

Requirements

• Balanced management team with complementary skills (operations and leadership)
• Ability to live onsite (accommodation and utilities provided)
• Must possess or be prepared to establish a Pty Ltd company and hold a valid ABN
• Strong commitment to leadership and customer-centric mindset
• Physical fitness suitable for a hands-on role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in holiday parks, tourism, hospitality, or accommodation operations
