Parent Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents to promote the school's unique selling points and meet enrolment targets
• Manage day-to-day Front of House and Reception operations to ensure high-quality customer service
• Develop and manage school communication channels, including newsletters and digital content, to drive student retention
• Organize parent and community engagement events to foster a strong school culture
• Create social media content and manage platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school marketing strategy in collaboration with the Principal and Corporate Marketing team
• Conduct regular surveys of new parents to analyze enrolment processes and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-focused role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to multi-task and manage peaks of demand in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree (BA or BSc) from a reputed university
• Experience working within an educational environment
