Parent Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents to promote the school's unique selling points and meet enrolment targets
• Manage day-to-day Front of House and Reception operations to ensure high-quality customer service
• Develop and manage school communication channels, including newsletters and social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
• Organize parent and community engagement events to strengthen the school culture
• Create engaging content, including stories and photography, to showcase academic and extracurricular achievements
• Conduct regular surveys of new parents to analyze the enrolment process and provide actionable recommendations
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school marketing strategy in collaboration with the Principal and Corporate Marketing team

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-focused role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Ability to multi-task and manage peak periods of demand with flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree (BA or BSc) from a reputed university
