Paraplanner

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and Review Reports
• Gather, analyze, and validate client information for advice strategies
• Maintain accurate client data within Xplan and other business systems
• Partner with Financial Advisers to develop and refine client recommendations
• Prepare cashflow projections, modelling, and scenario analysis
• Conduct research on investments, wealth platforms, superannuation, and insurance
• Manage advice production workflows to meet service standards
• Participate in technical peer reviews and quality assurance processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paraplanning or technical advice support
• RG146 compliance
• Experience preparing SoAs, RoAs, and Review Reports
• Proficiency with Xplan and Iress/Xtools+
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, superannuation, and taxation
• Advanced report-writing and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning
