About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide expert advice on parapharmacy products based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Manage stock levels to ensure shelves are well-supplied and products are correctly labeled
- Assist with order reception and the implementation of new products in-store
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment
- Drive sales to meet turnover objectives set by management
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the parapharmacy department
Requirements
- Proven previous experience in a sales role
- Mandatory knowledge of cosmetics and parapharmacy products
